The Global Transaction Services Analytics team is responsible for business performance management, analytics and metrics focused towards achieving the division’s overall strategy of maximizing revenues and improving operating efficiencies. <\/p>\n
The GTS Team is focused on the creation and development of a unique set of analytical tools that enable senior management to examine drivers of the business and its performance. The team produces monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc dashboards and metrics relating to topics surrounding Balance Sheet, Returns, Expense Analysis, Capital Optimization, Client Reporting, Unit Costing, Deal Life Cycles, Revenues, Headcount, Budget, etc. The analytics will cover Product and Region dimensions leveraging a vertical and horizontal model.<\/p>\n
