The talk will be moderated by David Kim, film director and co-founder and director of the Korean American Film Festival New York (KAFFNY).<\/p>\n<p>The Kimchi Chronicles, scheduled to air this summer on PBS, gives viewers an insider\u2019s look at Korea\u2019s food culture as the hosts travel the country to experience authentic flavors and cultural traditions. Each episode combines cuisine with picturesque travelogue, as food serves as the vehicle to meet and celebrate the people, places, and traditions of Korea.
