Job Description:
\nThe primary purpose of this position is to determine how much a project will cost, how long the project will take to complete, and how much revenue the project should generate. The Senior Estimator will take into account such factors as labor costs, material costs, equipment rentals, special software and hardware, project location, permitting, and licensing. The Senior Estimator will collaborate frequently with the Project Manager to ensure the project meets all financial and regulatory guidelines.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\n– BS\/BA degree in Mathematics, Architecture or Engineering is preferred
\n– 10+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure and\/or wireless telecommunications industries
\n– Proficient in using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Project
\n– Market research experience<\/p>\n

\n– Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
\n– Excellent analytical skills
\n– Demonstrated track record of successfully estimating cost of projects
\n– Strong writing and presentation skills
\n– Excellent negotiating skills
\n– Must be self-motivated
\n– Must be very effective at multi-tasking<\/p>\n
