Shot in Los Angeles’ Koreatown and Seoul, Korea, WEDDING PALACE stars BRIAN TEE (Co-lead “The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift) and award winning S. Korean actress, KANG HYE-JUNG (“Old Boy” – Cannes Grand Jury Winner). Enlivening the supporting cast are Bobby Lee (Madtv), Stephen Park (Fargo), and Margaret Cho.<\/p>\n

Four years in the making, WEDDING PALACE premiered on April 29 at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific FIlm Festival to a sold out crowd and excellent reviews.<\/p>\n

Christine Mia Yoo (b. Buffalo, New York) earned a BA in Film Production from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinema-Television. She makes her feature film debut with WEDDING PALACE after working as a professional film & TV writer in Hollywood for nearly a decade. She co-wrote the animation series AFRO SAMURAI starring Samuel L. Jackson for Spike TV and Fuji TV. She also co-wrote HANNIBAL for Vin Diesel and BET network. Her original screenplay, the romantic comedy, FOR STEPPERS ONLY was optioned and developed by Lionsgate.<\/p>\n
