AFTERSHOCK is the story of a man who loses his family in the 2008 Sichuan Earthquake. Subsequently, he becomes an illegal immigrant in New York City working for a cruel boss. With nothing but bitter memories and hardship, he struggles to make a human connection.<\/p>\n

The film has been accepted by the Asian American International Film Festival (\u7f8e\u570b\u4e9e\u88d4\u570b\u969b\u96fb\u5f71\u5c55), the Woods Hole Film Festival, and the LA Shorts Fest.<\/p>\n

Aftershock was filmed on location and in studio in New York City. It features stellar performances by Steve Lin, Steven Sun, Erika Lin and James Lee.<\/p>\n
