Monitor, review and give feedback to all centers<br \/>\n\u2022 Profit and loss accountability for the centers<br \/>\n\u2022 Work closely with centers to plan for growth<br \/>\n\u2022 Hire and develop staff in centers<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide continuous training to Center Directors and staff in mastering sales efforts, including generation of profits<br \/>\n\u2022 Motivate staff to set and achieve goals.
