TIAA-CREF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Asset Management Business Strategies and New Initiatives team. This function focuses on the project management, analysis and execution of strategic initiatives and process re-engineering within the Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Real Estate, Privates\/Alternatives, Business Development and Product Management areas. The projects are typically multi-disciplinary and require a broad knowledge of Asset Management and its key functions, subject matter expertise and interdependencies of operations and workflows.<\/p>\n
Responsible for leading various Asset Management strategic initiatives from the business side – coordinating all project-related activities <\/strong>across the various business units.
\nEnsures that the projects are completed on schedule and to budget in conjunction with technology counterparts.
\nEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
\nResponsible for coordinating efforts of a variety of internal and external staff across the project initiatives.
\nDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
\nResponsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
\nFacilitation and creation of\u00a0 business requirements across the project\u00a0 and work closely with IT on the functional design process.
\nResponsible for developing project plans, testing plans, operational workflows and the development of procedures across all impacted business functions.
\nResponsible for the training of project stakeholders on strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n
