JOB DUTIES:
\n– Complete financial analysis and loan review reports on existing loans
\n– Make credit recommendations based on credit findings
\n– Present loan review reports to the management
\n– Review and revise Credit P&P to enhance credit risk control, if needed.<\/p>\n
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
\n– Intermediate understanding of credit underwriting concepts
\n– General understanding of accounting and economic principles
\n– Ability to analyze financial statements, collateral, cash flow projections, and comment on financial ratios
\n– Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as other departments
\n– Seek out additional information to enhance the content of loan review reports and recommendations
\n– Time management skills are essential
\n– Ability to independently accomplish job as required
\n– Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and writing skills<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n– Bachelor’s Degree in financial field
\n– At least 3 years’ experience in credit\/risk management.
\n– Knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office<\/p>\n
