Job Description:
\n\u2022 Acts as a consultant and provides overall support to property and regional marketing managers.
\n\u2022 Develops targeted multi-cultural marketing campaigns that increase market share and profitability while maintaining compliance with all gaming regulations.
\n\u2022 In conjunction with Casino Marketing, creates innovative marketing campaigns that will stimulate multi-cultural customer development and increase sales.
\n\u2022 Partners with management in Nightlife, Entertainment, IT and Food & Beverage to create integrated multi-cultural marketing strategies.
\n\u2022 Works with international subsidiaries and corporate to ensure local market implementation of global advertising campaigns.
\n\u2022 Collaborates with Advertising to design and create marketing collateral appropriate for market segment such as traditional and on-line media.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing or related subject, or equivalent work experience required.
\n\u2022 Minimum three (3) years managerial experience in a related field.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of VIP Marketing, Player Development & Sales programs preferred.
\n\u2022 Fluency in Asian dialect (Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese) in addition to English required with an understanding of target culture.
\n\u2022 Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration License.<\/p>\n
