A collegiate and friendly capital marketing firm, is looking for someone to work part-time 3 days\/week. Ideally, that person would also be able to do full-time in June\/July while someone is out on maternity leave. This is for a temp-to-perm or L\/T temp position.<\/p>\n
This position is more for their private equity side.<\/p>\n
We need someone who will:<\/p>\n
-Wants to get their hands dirty doing everything from watering plants to being on the phone with high net-worth investors<\/p>\n
-Excellent communication skills are essential. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in the written form.<\/p>\n
-Superior Microsoft Office Suite skills are crucial. Need to know their way around Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.<\/p>\n
-Travel coordination for principals.<\/p>\n
-A bit of bookkeeping will be involved as well some experience with QuickBooks is necessary.<\/p>\n
-Database management will be trained in their systems (use TNR The Next Round). Need to feel comfortable updating\/managing their systems.<\/p>\n
-Will be dealing with lots of vendors. Again, SUPERIOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS are essential.<\/p>\n
-Must be EXTREMELY detail-oriented<\/p>\n
-Mail merge experience.<\/p>\n
-Want a dynamic personality; someone who asks questions, is hungry to learn, and thinks one step ahead of the game.<\/p>\n

They’re primarily a private equity firm for high-net worth investors. There are currently 9 people in their office. The firm is very collegial yet everyone works extremely hard.<\/p>\n
Pay will be $24\/hr.<\/p>\n
