We are fortunate that Justice Fong-Wei Shen (\u6c88\u65b9\u7dad\u6cd5\u5b98) of Taiwan&#8217;s Supreme Court (\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662) happens to be on a sabbatical leave at NYU Law School. Taking advantage of this rare opportunity, we have invited him to join with two other veteran experts in NYC urban planning, Mr. Jerry Cheng (\u912d\u5411\u5143\u5148\u751f) &amp; Mr. Patrick Too (\u6d82\u5e73\u5b50\u5148\u751f), to share their thoughts on the intertwined legal, social, cultural, policy, &amp; technical issues in eminent domain and modern-day urban planning.<\/p>\n<p>The presentations will be primarily in Chinese, but with some English interactions.
