Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Prepare and review monthly consolidation entries and ensure proper elimination of certain accounts upon consolidation<\/li>\n
  • Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliation process with our international subsidiaries<\/li>\n
  • Assist and support our monthly internal reporting to management and our quarterly preparation of external financial statements to our parent company and other third
    \nparties<\/li>\n
  • Be a key resource in our Global Finance Transformation project the primary objective of which is to enhance processes to better support the business<\/li>\n
  • Define, prepare, review and analyze various monthly schedules and rollforwards supporting the consolidated balance sheet and income statement<\/li>\n
  • Perform accounting research to support adherence to our accounting policies and procedures for significant accounting transactions<\/li>\n
  • Ensure proper documentation and support for monthly account reconciliations<\/li>\n
  • Review and approve monthly journal entries<\/li>\n
  • Support all forms of reporting to our parent company, who is a public registrant in Italy<\/li>\n
  • Serve as contact for inquiries, problems, and exceptions related to the review of account reconciliations<\/li>\n
  • Support the quarterly reviews and annual audits with our external registered public accounting firm, Deloitte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • CPA<\/li>\n
    • BS in Accounting<\/li>\n
    • 4 years or more experience in a Big Four audit firm environment plus 2 or more years of industry experience<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage staff of two to three<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform high-quality work<\/li>\n
    • Focus on continuous improvement and ability to be an agent for change<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with reporting and consolidation processes<\/li>\n
    • Advanced proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of Peoplesoft and Outlooksoft is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Experience in real estate and\/or services companies a plus<\/li>\n
