The apartment is large enough to fit a queen size bed. The windows face north to the back of the building (not much of a view). 24 hour doormen, laundry in the basement, roof deck access. Sorry no pets allowed.<\/p>\n<p>All applicants are subject to employment, credit and and criminal background searches.
