In this challenging visible growth opportunity, you will prepare and review SEC financial reporting, research, and handle accounting, issues related to debt and equity accounting. Knowledge of Technical Accounting issues is required (SFAS 123R, EITF 96-18,00-19, and 00-27).<\/p>\n<p>Functions:<br \/>\n-Ability to research, document, prepare, and support accounting issues<br \/>\n-Willing to get into the details<br \/>\n-Ability to switch from a detail-oriented focus to a general overall focus (depending on the nature of the account and the services we provide)<br \/>\n-Manage and mentor staff<br \/>\n-Reviewing work papers and schedules provided by client and\/or generated by internal staff<br \/>\nTo qualify for this exceptional opportunity, you should have 7-10 years and experience preparing and reviewing SEC, 10Ks, 10Qs.
