To help this well established practice grow, we are aggressively seeking a Senior Manager to work in our New York City office, who can help us achieve our mission of delivering highly professional services to our clients. Senior Manager should have a generalist background in different areas of tax that include High Net Worth and Corporation experience. <\/p>\n

Senior Manager Responsibilities:
\n\u00a7 Oversee total engagement activity while ensuring top quality client service;
\n\u00a7 Recognize needs and issues pertinent to client activity and follow through to implementation;
\n\u00a7 Ensure efficient and profitable execution of financial management;
\n\u00a7 Develop greater leadership skills and continuously take on greater responsibilities.
\n\u00a7 Build the capacity to assist the partners\/managing directors in assuming overall responsibilities in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: engagement management & client service, sales, practice development, marketing, cross selling, discipline & industry expertise, external activities & networking, leadership, people development, and strategic business planning.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:
\n\u00a7 8+ years experience required;
\n\u00a7 Two + years of corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm; FAS 109 FIN 48 experience helpful:
\n\u00a7 Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business;
\n\u00a7 CPA Certification required;
\n\u00a7 Strong leadership skills, ability to participate in and manage teams;
\n\u00a7 Excellent project management skills;
\n\u00a7 Strong presentation skills – ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
\n\u00a7 Working knowledge of Tax laws and regulatory compliance
\n\u00a7 Strong communication, research, analytical and writing skills
\n\u00a7 Proven technical skills with Excel, Word and Outlook <\/p>\n
