Job Description<\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n\u2022\t3-5 years as Bookkeeper
\n\u2022\tStrong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Power Point<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tPrepare monthly operations book for company’s Finance Manager ( journal entries, check registers,deposits, bank debits, bank statements, Accounts Payable and Receivable and a recap report)
\n\u2022\tA\/R – Invoice Processing, Weekly Review & Collection
\n\u2022\tA\/P – Purchase Order\/Invoice Review & Input of Payables
\n\u2022\tOversee invoices that are posted to Accounts Payable and solve any discrepancies
\n\u2022\tPrepare journal entries for month-end and year end closing
\n\u2022\tReview & Audit of Employee Expense Reports
\n\u2022\tMaintain current vendor files and interact with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
\n\u2022\tAssist on financial analysis, interpretation, budget and financial plans
\n\u2022\tAdministrative duties to help with office activities and office management
\n\u2022\tPrepare bank reconciliations and posting journal entries for multiple inter companies<\/p>\n
