In addition, Primerica cross-sells a variety of products manufactured by other Citi subsidiaries, including Smith Barney mutual funds, annuities underwritten through Travelers Life and Annuity, as well as loans and mortgages provided through CitiFinancial, Citicorp Trust Bank, and CitiMortgage.<\/p>\n

\nCandidate is responsible for product marketing and development reporting to the Marketing Manager for the Debt Watchers Program in the Northeast Territory (which includes 15 states). Candidate is a liaison between the outside sales force and the Primerica Home Office regarding all Debt Watchers related products. Communicates with high-level internal and external company officials and Field members. Prepares field production reports and presentations for upper management. Communicates product and process changes or enhancements to the outside sales force via formal presentation, GoSolo, or print materials. Coordinates product meetings announcements and makes presentations. Residence in the state of New York or Pennsylvania preferred. Relocation assistance is not available. Salary low to mid 50’s.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tBachelor’s degree in Business\/Marketing or 5-10 years relevant business experience
\n\u2022\t5 to 7 years Financial Services related business preferred
\n\u2022\tExcellent public speaking skills
\n\u2022\tProject management experience
\n\u2022\tExperience in developing client and field communication\/presentations
\n\u2022\tExperience in developing client and field training programs
\n\u2022\tFamiliarity with Database, Mainframe, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
\n\u2022\tExcellent problem-solving skills
\n\u2022\tAbility to travel 50-70% with some overnight and weekend travel
\n\u2022\tAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects
\n\u2022\tExcellent leadership skills
\n\u2022\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022\tExcellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022\tExcellent analytical ability
\n\u2022\tKnowledge of policies, procedures and legal product compliance in the Insurance Industry
\n\u2022\tAbility to communicate with high level company officials, all levels of Primerica field members, and members of affiliate companies
\n\u2022\tBi-lingual (English\/Spanish) skills are preferred
\n\u2022\tResidence in the state of New York or Pennsylvania preferred <\/p>\n
