The Philippine New York Jaycees invites you to bring out the fashionista in you! Come and join us in our upcoming event, “Fashion on a Budget”, to be presented by fashion stylist, Monique Winley. The seminar will teach participants how to maintain a personal style and achieve fashion-forward looks, while staying on budget. Not only will you be entertained, you will also come away with valuable tips on how to build a wardrobe to fit your taste and body type. You will learn where to shop, how to shop wisely, and ways to get high style at low prices!<\/p>\n

Fashion Mogul Emmanuel Scott, Founder of Leunamme Fashion International, personally selected Monique to be the only fashion stylist ever to compete among designers from all over the country in the 2009 Battle of the Models\/Designers Competition at the Georgia World Congress Center.<\/p>\n
