This includes resolving all outstanding items as promptly and accurately as possible.<br \/>\n\u00d8     Prepare journal vouchers, accounting records and documents in accordance with record preservation and retention guidelines.  Ensure proper backup of computer files.<br \/>\n\u00d8       Assist Examiners, CPA Auditors and Internal Auditors during periodic examinations and audits.<br \/>\n\u00d8      Prepare and submit to management all necessary accounting reports related to assigned accounting functions and ensure that support documentation is available where necessary.<br \/>\n\u00d8       Update the Accounting Procedures Manual as required\/requested.<br \/>\n\u00d8       Process Fixed Assets depreciation and reconciliation of Fixed Asset General Ledger accounts monthly.<br \/>\n\u00d8       Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly closings.<br \/>\n\u00d8   Perform special projects as assigned and provide support for other accounting team membership.
