Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Breton, currently resides in New York City and Paris. He has been designing since the age of 11 and is known for his signature detailing, and fabrics. Wenlan Chia, is a Taipei-born, American fashion designer and creator of the line, Twinkle by Wenlan, which she launched in 2000. Wenlan Chia’s awards and nominations include Onward Kashiyama New Design Prize in Tokyo, the Competition of Young Fashion Designers in Paris, and a nomination for the Fashion Group International Rising Star Award. In 2005, she was selected as one of “Spring\u2019s Leading Ladies” by Vogue magazine.
