ABOUT SIP JAPAN
\nShochu, Japan\u2019s hottest and most popular spirit, will be featured for a full weekend of tasting in lower Manhattan. During the weekend of September 7th, guests are invited to taste Shochu and enjoy cocktails and cuisine by renowned local mixologists and chefs.<\/p>\n

The opening event of the weekend will be held on Saturday, September 7th \u2013at Koi Restaurant (2nd floor Mezzanine) at Trump SoHo\u00ae New York from 7 pm \u2013 10 pm. With a walk-around tasting of ten top distilleries, Koi\u2019s signature bites and a chance to preview new Shochus slated for US launch.<\/p>\n

The Shochu party will continue on Sunday, September 8th at newly-opened hotspot APT-13 from 8 pm \u2013 10 pm as the official opening party of the SIP Japan Pavilion for the 2013 Holiday Buying Show at the Javits Center. Ten top Shochu distilleries will be highlighted along with passed hors d\u2019oeuvres and innovative cocktails by leading mixologists from aka winegeek. Food will be prepared by Executive Chef John
\nKeller of APT-13.<\/p>\n
