About the speaker:
\nWith more than 30 years of communications experience, Kathy Bloomgarden, CEO of Ruder Finn, has worked with multinational companies including Novartis, Infor, Kering, Citi, MetLife and PepsiCo. She is a recognized expert in corporate reputation, with particular expertise in CEO positioning, M&A, change management and employee engagement. Under Kathy\u2019s leadership, Ruder Finn has become one of the world\u2019s largest privately-owned communications agencies, serving global and local communication needs of over 250 corporations, governments and non-profits in the agency\u2019s core areas of expertise \u2013 corporate communications, healthcare and technology. Kathy\u2019s entrepreneurial spirit led to the firm\u2019s leadership in China, where Ruder Finn first opened offices over 20 years ago and Ruder Finn\u2019s Innovation Studios, which specializes in designing and developing collaboration platforms, community management and mobile applications. Kathy is a member of the Council, on Foreign Relations on the board of the Partnership for New York City and a member of the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health.<\/p>\n
