Experience:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

You must have at least 5 years network operations experience with ATM networking, network hardware (i.e., Cisco, Nortel), Network\u00a0Management, routing protocols, and Wide Area Networks. We prefer individuals with network certifications such as CCNA or higher. In addition, these roles will be heavily involved with supporting large enterprise networks during critical outages.<\/p>\n

Experience Troubleshooting an ATM network.<\/p>\n

***Experience troubleshooting, monitoring or deploying\u00a0 Cisco MGX switches is HIGHLY desirable.****<\/p>\n

***Experience Multi-casting HIGHLY desirable***<\/p>\n

Troubleshooting complex network outages<\/p>\n

Troubleshooting tools such as traffic analyzers<\/p>\n

Experience with routers, switches, etc.<\/p>\n

Experiences with routing protocols\u00a0 are necessary<\/p>\n

Knowledge of NOC tools such as Smarts, HP Openview, NetCool, VitalSuite, CiscoWorks, Netscreen, and Concord eHealth.<\/p>\n

Skills\/Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Routers, Hubs, and Switches, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Maintenance, Routing Protocols, Networking Standards, Presenting Technical Information, Research Skills, Firewall Administration, Experience working in large enterprise networks is desired. The ability to work under pressure and interface with senior management will be key to these roles<\/p>\n
