WHAT OUR CONSULTANTS DO:<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Service Eye Care Provider & Optical Retailers (Opticians, Optometrists, & Ophthalmologists) within assigned territory<\/span><\/p>\n

Maintain, expand and grow current market share and sales volume by working synergistically with other sales reps in the territory<\/span><\/p>\n

Prospecting\/Cold-Calling for new business opportunities<\/span><\/p>\n

Territory business development and consulting<\/span><\/p>\n

Builds and maintains relationships with ECP\u2019s within the territory<\/span><\/p>\n

Maintaining Monthly Sales forecasts, call total, appointment total in exclusive designated territory<\/span><\/p>\n

Periodically attend industry trade shows and trunk shows<\/span><\/p>\n

SKILLS & REQUIRMENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Willingness and desire to be a road warrior & travel within the assigned territory<\/span><\/p>\n

Demonstrated ability to manage the financial metrics of the territory, implement necessary improvements, and build the basis for profitable growth (Achieve & exceed sales results)<\/span><\/p>\n

Minimum of 2-3 years outside sales experience preferred<\/span><\/p>\n

Optical industry experience preferred, but not mandatory<\/span><\/p>\n

Self motivated and self directed<\/span><\/p>\n

Sound business judgment, excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/span><\/p>\n

Proficient in using a Personal Computer <\/span><\/p>\n

Ability to lift 40 pound sample bags, reliable transportation<\/span><\/p>\n

Be fashion-forward, possess fashion aptitude<\/span><\/p>\n

COMPENSATION: <\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Sales Consultants are Independent Contractors (1099) with an exclusive territory and are given an established account base with existing business. Compensation plan is highly competitive. First year consultants can earn up to $70K plus bonus. Excellent earning potential!<\/span><\/p>\n
