East meets weat in 20th century was the original concept for our fifth restaurant location in Brooklyn. To bring together great design subtlety inspired by the art deco movement of New York in the twenties with Thai cuisine at an unbeatable price.<\/p>\n

While building the restaurant we had no idea how everyone would respond to the design. We wanted SEA place to feel welcoming while still possessing significant allusions to modern design. The combination of wood, concrete and wrought iron with warm colors seemed to accomplish that with aplomb.<\/p>\n

Culling from four successful restaurants in Manhattan we devised a best of the best approach to the food at SEA Brooklyn. We knew how to make great Thai food but now we had the opportunity to take all we had learned over years from from opening our first establishment and create the most diverse and satisfying menu we could ever imagine. Our food covers all the locations and great food of Thailand while introducing new dishes and classic Thai meets American fusion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
