POSITION SUMMARY:
\n\u2022 Database development experience (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Business Intelligence software\u2019s (Cognos, Oracle Reports etc)
\n\u2022 Business requirements gathering and specification
\n\u2022 Prepare documentation for end users of IT systems and IT support services workers using established processes
\n\u2022 Prepare reports on the status of applications for use by customers
\n\u2022 Quality assurance testing
\n\u2022 Project Management and coordination skills
\n\u2022 Attend training as needed to develop relevant knowledge and skills
\n\u2022 Travel as required
\n\u2022 Perform administrative duties as required, including timesheet recording and writing reports.<\/p>\n

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
\n\u2022 B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems support or business analysis in a strong IT organization
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem solving skills
\n\u2022 Experience in developing functional designs
\n\u2022 Development of test plans
\n\u2022 Skilled in workflow design and implementation
\n\u2022 Effective interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills along with critical thinking ability
\n\u2022 Highly motivated, success oriented, organized and strong work ethic
\n\u2022 Insurance Industry experience preferred<\/p>\n
