General Details:
\no\tThis position will report to our New York City Office.
\no\tThis is a full-time position offering full benefits, a competitive salary, paid training, and performance-based bonuses.
\nResponsibilities:
\n\u2022\tMaintenance, enhancement, and modification of the application systems provided in the project.
\n\u2022\tIdentifying and troubleshooting application issues.
\n\u2022\tCommunicated best practices to other team members
\n\u2022\tListen to user requirements and develop effective business application solutions using structured design methodologies.
\n\u2022\tAssist the end-user in understanding, using, and customizing the tools provided to implement solutions in the production environment.
\nQualifications:
\n\u2022 Ability to communicate well with users to discuss their data, applications, and project requirements
\n\u2022 Designing a solution, including delivery effort and timeline, testing and implementation plan
\n\u2022 Understanding of object-oriented development, data models, database programming and implementation plan
\n\u2022 Good troubleshooting skills, able to work with client, user and downstream partners
\n\u2022 Familiar with Microsoft Access and SQL Server
\n\u2022 Familiar with MS Office Automation
\n\u2022 Familiarity of Linux, Perl, Oracle is a plus but not required<\/p>\n

Technical Requirements:
\n\u2022\tASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server 2005, Vbscript, Excel, MS Access, MS Office
