Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Facility Management of Residential Services\n
      \n
    • Oversee facility administration for agency and government protocol<\/li>\n
    • Manage facility operations and procedures and m anage facility internal\/external communications<\/li>\n
    • Perform crisis management for residential clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Hotline responsibilities\n
        \n
      • After training, will be responsible for answering incoming Hotline calls from potential clients, some of whom may be in crisis, and giving appropriate referrals and assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Counsel Clients on Vocational Services\n
          \n
        • Assess status of clients and provide appropriate vocational support<\/li>\n
        • Educate and motivate clients of vocational needs<\/li>\n
        • Research employment and educational opportunities<\/li>\n
        • Coordinate training programs for clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Help provide 24-hour coverage, including night shifts 3-4 times per week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Qualifications:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Bi-lingual in an Asian Language (especially Tagalog, Korean or Banga) or Spanish<\/li>\n
          • Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferre d and\/or two years\u2019 equivalent experience in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
