\nThe successful candidate will possess established experience in public accounting, the ability to consistently provide accurate work and strong communication\/organization skills.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tManagement of audits – responsible for all stages of the audit – planning, fieldwork and “wrap-up”
\n\u2022\tPerform dual business development and practitioner role
\n\u2022\tDemonstrated Business Development Experience
\n\u2022\tExecute assignments in the areas of audit, review, and compilation
\n\u2022\tCoordinate and review the work of others and ensure the timely completion of engagements
\n\u2022\tPrepare financial statements with disclosures
\n\u2022\tMake suggestions to improve client processes and accounting procedures
\n\u2022\tTrain and supervise audit associates
\n\u2022\tDocument, validate, develop tests and assess various control systems
\n\u2022\tIdentify audit, tax and GAAP issues and oversee work of audit staff
\nJob Requirements
\nQualifications:
\n\u2022\tFour-year degree in Accounting
\n\u2022\tCPA Designation required
\n\u2022\t8+ years prior work experience in public accounting with a quality firm
\n\u2022\tPrior management experience
\n\u2022\tTechnically proficient in audit and accounting
\n\u2022\tAbility to work within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction
\n\u2022\tExcellent problem solving and project management skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under the pressure of deadlines, strong attention to detail, tact, and diplomacy
