We are expanding the scope and scale of our businesses and are looking for talented individuals to join our team and be part of a supportive, collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that appreciates individual initiative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<li>Primarily dedicated to maintaining good financial oversight for Staffing, Business Advisory, Leadership &amp; Diversity and Admin groups and recruiting, immigration and relocation expenses for company<\/li>\n<li>Business planning and financial analysis to support Client Global Professional Development department<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting and forecasting of operating expenses and capital expenditures<\/li>\n<li>Management reporting and departmental reporting &#8211; from high level (long term trends) to detailed level (monthly vendor spend)<\/li>\n<li>Monthly close activities &#8211; expense accruals, reclassifications, prepaid, results analysis and presentation<\/li>\n<li>Budget vs. actual reporting, actual vs. actual reporting, monthly financial packages for Company and Department<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a \u201csubject matter expert\u201d for specific PD managers and\/or expense line items.\u00a0\u00a0 Provide ongoing and detailed analysis for expense line items within areas of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to financial and strategic analysis projects as needed<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc projects for Department CFO<\/li>\n<li>Report to Team Lead<\/li>\n<p><strong>Skills and Educational Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<li>Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required<\/li>\n<li>8-10 years experience. Minimum 5 years experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis and Management Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience with mid to large sized companies in information services, media or professional services industries a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in SAP or similar financial package desired<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential<\/li>\n<li>Strong business writing skills for writing financial commentaries<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Accounting principles<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize, take initiative and demonstrate flexibility is required<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and exhibit leadership skills<\/li>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company: Geller and Company Job Category: Accounting\/Finance\/Insurance Job Title: SR.
