Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Processing and activating new currency trading accounts<\/li>\n
  • Back office operations and processing transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits)<\/li>\n
  • Posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks)<\/li>\n
  • Customer service and correspondence (phone, live person chat, emails)<\/li>\n
  • Updating and entering client account information in the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)<\/li>\n
    • Must be able to work all of the available shifts: US, Asian, Euro shifts<\/li>\n
    • BA\/BS degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or some college + 2 yrs of work experience in a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Computer literate – Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (word\/excel) and Internet. Adobe Acrobat a plus!!!<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Superior customer service skills<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment<\/li>\n
    • Self starter and able to work with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
    • Able to maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n
    • Determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion<\/li>\n
    • Must be a team player<\/li>\n
