And you smile; the silly, fun sight impacts you. Your day is changed &#8211; and because of that you make a small positive impact in someone else\u2019s day.<\/p>\n<p>Meet at Union Square at the South Plaza, walking West on 14th Street sidewalk, ending at Highline Park. If you come an hour or more after 11am, meet us as Highline Park.
