BJJ practitioners use positioning and leverage in lieu of striking to train in a way that is safe and rigorous at the same time. It is a fun, exciting, and awesome way to exercise and make new friends!<\/p>\n<p>We will be doing a 1-hour private beginners class taught by a professional instructor for TAP at Clockwork BJJ in SoHo.
