FUN\/DAMENTAL KOREAN SAUCES<\/p>\n

Take a saucy approach to a world of Korean flavors! In this workshop, you will learn to make six easy, fundamental Korean sauces and feel comfortable in mixing and matching a variety of flavors, from tangy, spicy, refreshing to earthy, nutty, and hearty. Then learn to apply the sauces to a variety of Korean ingredients from sea vegetables to fresh, seasonal ones to create traditional Korean dishes as well as your own dishes at home. Come hungry because we’ll sit down for a full spread of Korean home meal at the end of this workshop!<\/p>\n
