The film \u201cLong Duhung: Gendered Impacts of Deforestation\u201d is a documentary film project, highlights how deforestation has impacted the lives and livelihoods of the men and women of a small Dayak Punan community in the village of Long Duhung, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. It then reflects on how the intersection between gender and environment is understood \u2014 and measured \u2014 more broadly in the international development sector.<\/p>\n

Q&A with the filmakers will follow: Riza Aryani, Filmmaker Lia Cairone, Filmmaker Caitlin O\u2019Donnell, Filmmaker Moderated by Kristy Kelly, Associate Research Scholar, Weatherhead East Asian Institute<\/p>\n
