However, when parties from these two countries get together to do business, they often encounter a sense of \u201cforeignness\u201d during the process and need to establish a level of cultural understanding to bring the transaction to a successful close.  This breakfast session will discuss the challenges that arise when Japanese companies invest in the U.S. tech sector, and how they can be handled.
