Baruch VITA is providing FREE tax preparation services to everyone in the NY community. We know the economy is bad right now and that’s why this is a great way to save money on tax preparation fees.<\/p>\n

Why pay $100 or $200 to get your taxes prepared when Baruch VITA can do it absolutely free? Our volunteers complete a rigorous training program and are certified by the IRS to ensure that we provide high quality service and meet the highest standards. This will be our 19th year providing free tax preparation services and we have been featured on numerous news media outlets – the most recent one being CBS 2 news (http:\/\/wcbstv.com\/topstories\/tax.preparation.vita.2.1531846.html)<\/p>\n

We have 6 locations throughout the city and one of them is conveniently located at the lobby of the Newman Library building. Our Baruch College location is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 12pm to 8pm; Fridays from 12pm to 7pm; and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. We also prepare taxes for International Students on Saturdays at our Baruch College site from 10am to 4pm until April 15.<\/p>\n
