Healthy Guru, the much anticipated annual fitness, fashion and wellness event of the fall, comes to New York City. Founded by Carrie Brudner, Healthy Guru is the hottest new fitness and wellness event held in the Hamptons and Manhattan annually. The event combines the greatest healthy brands in one location on one day. Wellness enthusiast Brudner was also recently appointed brand ambassador for Sunburst Superfoods.<\/p>\n

The event will feature some of today\u2019s top fitness instructors, such as Lady Gaga\u2019s trainer Trish Donegan, Victoria\u2019s Secret models trainer Justin Gelband, and internationally-renowned Master Trainer Carlos Leon.<\/p>\n

World-class trainers will teach classes including Bari Studio, BelleonBody (taught by Carlos Leon), Bikram Yoga NYC (taught by Trish Donegan), Erika Bloom Pilates (taught by Erika Bloom), Gotham Gym, Ripped (taught by owner Brian Ripka), Row House NYC, Tone House, CPXperience (taught by Courtney Paul of BravoTV), and Tonique (taught by Sylwia Wiesenberg).<\/p>\n

An active wear fashion show will take place at 10:00 am, presented by West 56 Clothing. A beauty bar will also be set up for guests to try different natural makeup and the latest in couture hair customized for an active lifestyle. Industry experts Laura Mercier of Laura Mercier Cosmetics and Angelo David Pisacreta of Angelo David Salon will be on site to answer questions from guests.<\/p>\n
