Founded in 2005, Joto\u2019s mission is to serve as a bridge between Japanese artisanal sak\u00e9 and the American market. We are the exclusive importer for multi-generational, family-owned breweries producing artisanal sake in Japan. Our jizake (local) breweries produce sak\u00e9 in small batches with locally-raised indigenous rice varieties, offering flavors and styles ideal for a range of cuisines.
