Shin will demonstrate the making of vegan delights from the cookbook such as Cauliflower Popcorn in Sweet Gochujang Glaze as she explains the importance of sauces in Korean cuisine and how to create Korean flavors with any ingredients by a few basic ratios of foundational Korean sauces. You will also taste samples from the cookbook fitted for the holiday season and get new ideas to incorporate Korean flavors for your holiday menu.<\/p>\n<p>Each participant will receive a copy of the cookbook (list price $23) and additional copies will be available for sale at a special discount.
