At this introduction to Chinese tea, Shunan will present a tasting of heritage teas that have been handpicked and handcrafted for Tea Drunk, New York\u2019s first traditional teahouse. At this two-hour session, you\u2019ll learn about the amazing tea plant, its history, and the difference between six categories of tea: Green, Yellow, White, Wu Long, Red, and Black Tea. Shunan will lead a guided tasting through each tea\u2019s distinct taste profile, and explain the difference between brewing vessels.<\/p>\n<p>Tea is said to be the wine of the East.
