With this conviction, Kaoru Watanabe, whose work combines Japanese ritual and theater traditions with the complex rhythms and compositional of jazz and other global music, is returning to Joe\u2019s Pub on February 25 with an extraordinary lineup of special guests, each revolutionary bandleaders and composers in their own right.<\/p>\n<p>This concert will feature a wide breadth of music, from frenetic driving rhythms to contemplative melodies and abstract Noh Theater-inspired minimalism.
