This recital entitled OOLIM, meaning echo in Korean, will introduce colorful echo sounds of paulownia tree that gayageum is made of. Kang will present her world premiere solo for 25-stringed gayageum, traditional compositions including Korean court music, Buddhist Prayer, The Haunted Tree by Byung-Gi Hwang, Korea\u2019s foremost gayageum player, and Gayageum Sanjo.
