The Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce will host its 17th annual Festival of the Arts this Sunday to Austin Street between 69th Road and 72nd Road.<\/p>\n

The event will feature more than 100 local businesses\u2014showcasing their stores and restaurants\u2013 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.<\/p>\n

There will also be about 150 arts & crafts vendors exhibiting jewelry, decorative items, wine, beer, clothing, pottery, baskets, art work, photography, collectibles homemade sweets, candles and much more. There will also be a variety of international foods to try and rides that are available for kids.<\/p>\n

In addition to the vendors, there will be performances taking place throughout the day. Starting at 11:30 am, the Varta Academy of Music will perform. At noon, the DanceSource will showcase its dance students followed by a performance with kids of all ages from All Star Studios at 12:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Big Daddy Bruce Wayne will be performing from 2 to 4 p.m. The day will conclude with a performance by LA Blacksmith, who will be taking the stage at 4:30 p.m. and will pay tribute to the popular R&B band Earth, Wind & Fire.<\/p>\n
