International Shoppes Position summary:
\n\u2022\tProvide support to the Terminal Operation Manager and\/or Assistant Manager in all aspects of operations.
\n\u2022\tManage the store in the absence of management, demonstrating outstanding sales and customer service skills.
\n\u2022\tSupervise sales associates in generating sales, store housekeeping, loss prevention, merchandising, pricing, cash register operations (POS), and adhere to U.S Customs regulations and all company policies and procedures.
\n\u2022\tAdminister associate corrective actions (coaching, counseling, proper documentation)<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tSupervisors are responsible for the complete operation of designated areas.
\n\u2022\tWork with the Store Manager, Department Heads and Associates to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service.
\n\u2022\tAct as role models of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision making at all times.
\n\u2022\tDelegating tasks and following-up to ensure task completion
\n\u2022\tObserving and providing feedback on Associate performance
\n\u2022\tMotivating Associates to perform at a high level
\n\u2022\tEnsuring customer concerns are solved professionally
\n\u2022\tTraining employees to interact with customers in a professional manner
\n\u2022\tSupervisor reports directly to the Store Manager.<\/p>\n
Experience and Education:
\n\u2022\tMandarin speaking is preferred
\n\u2022\t3+ years high end retail experience
\n\u2022\t1+ years of manager experience
\n\u2022\tMandatory to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.<\/p>\n
