Purpose of Position:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide support to the General Manager, Store Manager and\/or Assistant Manager in all
\naspects of operations.
\n\u2022 Manage the store in the absence of management, demonstrating outstanding sales and
\ncustomer service skills.
\n\u2022 Supervise sales associates in generating sales, store housekeeping, loss prevention,
\nmerchandising, pricing, cash register operations (POS), adhere to U.S Customs regulations
\nand all company policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 Administer associate corrective actions (coaching, counseling, proper documentation)<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tProficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English is a must.
\n\u2022\t1+ years of manager experience
\n\u2022\t3+ years high end retail experience preferred
\n\u2022\tMandatory to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.<\/p>\n
