Direct all program areas and administration. Includes program development and delivery, staff management, budget and financial management, and legal\/regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Fundraising. Ensure organization\u2019s fiscal soundness and transparency through vigorous fundraising. Includes continuous expansion of donor bases for private and public funding, donor cultivation, annual fundraising and other special events.<\/li>\n<li>Community Relations. As key spokesperson for KACF, maintain positive image through sound working relationships with community leaders, funders, the press, and inter-community collaborations.<\/li>\n<li>Board Support and Leadership. Work closely with board members to ensure KACF\u2019s work is aligned with its mission, policies and goals. Provide leadership to promote board support, interest and growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 work experience, in addition to 1+ years\u2019 experience at a nonprofit organization (volunteer work will be considered) OR<\/li>\n<li>2+ years\u2019 experience managing a social service program or organization<\/li>\n<li>Competence in fiscal management and organization strategy\/development<\/li>\n<li>Strong background and experience in fundraising &#038; grant-writing preferred<\/li>\n<li>Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Korean<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills (writing, public speaking, group facilitation)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks<\/li>\n<li>Committed to growing the mission of philanthropy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Name: Asian Diversity Inc.
