On Thursday, February 10th <\/sup>from 12pm-6pm, Nolcha hosted a Pop-Up Showroom at The Empire Hotel Rooftop, offering a one-stop-shop to the hottest in global indie fashion design.<\/p>\n

The showroom, dubbed The Nolcha Fashion Lounge,<\/strong> featured 19 independent designers from around the globe including: Abreu Rios, Adolfo Sanchez, Ailin, Alberto Parada, Bodyrock Sport, Chabahll, Courtesan Studio, Daniela Vlad, Eva Evanovich, Helicopter, Pitusa, Ricki L Designer Jewelry, Rey, Rudy Wolff, Room To Roam, Show Me Your Mumu, Tammam, Vivienne Pash, and The Art of EMJ.\u00a0 Womenswear and Accessory brands were included in the mix. \u00a0Six of the 19 participating brands were eco\/sustainable, keeping Nolcha Fashion Week ethical as always. \u00a0Care For Kenya <\/strong>joined the design roster in partnership with Show Me Your Mumu, a collection of modern mumus and totebags with proceeds giving back to the women of Kenya.<\/p>\n

Guests had the opportunity to book a Nolcha Style Tour appointment with Nolcha\u2019s resident Celebrity Stylist: Jess Zaino of The Style Network, VH1 and Glamour.com. \u00a0Zaino took participants through the showroom, introducing each of the brands, and highlighting the trends from each collection. Guests were also treated to The Beauty Oasis, a retreat\u00a0for fashion week-goers to pamper themselves with Hair and Makeup touch-ups by Paul Mitchell and Nails\/Lashes by Kiss.<\/span><\/p>\n
