Fresh, authentic ingredients are the key to the delicious food here. The restaurant does not buy packaged or pre-made jars of herbs and spices, but grinds them from scratch, including those used for its curry.

Chef David Weng says his signature dish, Beef Rendang (meaning dry curry, slow cooked for hours) is a patron favorite. It’s butter soft, from marinated for 3 days in a secret sauce, and costs just $16.95.
