SourceMedia’s FCC division is seeking a Client Services Administrator (Disclosure Associate) for a corporate trust bank account. Primary responsibilities include: processing, creating, and management of municipal bond redemptions through the use of both internal operating system and desktop publishing software. Individual will have heavy email and phone contact with clients, both internally and externally.
-Serve in the capacity of client service administrator for corporate trust bank with heavy email and phone interaction with bank.
-Processing, creation, and management of municipal bond redemptions, annual financial reports, or other material events utilizing internal operating system and desktop publishing software including:
*Administrator receives bond redemption information to be processed. Utilize different desktop operating systems to acquire bond information.
*Bond redemption information is processed and distilled through internal program and exported as text information to desktop publishing program.
*Administrator utilizes templates in desktop publishing program for that bank to create the bond redemption notices.
*Administrator sends created bond redemption notices to banks (by email, FTP, or through internal operating system) for approval to be released to various data clients at the end of the day.
*Administrator will manage hardcopy and electronic versions of the redemptions and will release to data clients according to specific mailing dates and specific customer needs.
*Administrator will have various other roles during and at the close of every business day – filing, making copies, notice verification.
Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience.
-Demonstrated skils in customer service, professionalism and organization.
-Record of superior past performance.
-Strong administrative and organizational skills required; ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines.
Skills/Knowledge/Competencies:
-Skills/Knowledge: Computer literate, with a working knowledge of MS Office Suite or similar tools/software applications with above average typing speed and accuracy.
-Competencies: Ability to work in teams as well as independently; customer focus; flexibility and adaptability – must be a quick learner; integrity and trust; organizational skills; attention to detail; good follow through; interest and appreciation of financial information; ability to work against daily deadlines and to assess priorities appropriately.
